BHA Instructor Victoria Miller, MFA, LPC

Victoria Miller, MFA, LPC is a PhD student at Liberty University where she’s majoring in Education specializing in Instruction and Curriculum Development. She started her Behavioral Health career in Indiana upon graduating with a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Amridge University. In 2011, Victoria and her family relocated to Bethel, Alaska where she worked as a Clinician, Directing Village Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health Analyst, and EHR Administrator for the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation. In 2018, Victoria received a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing and Literary Arts from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Her experience in Behavioral Health and IT combined with her background in writing and passion for adult education form the basis of her interest in contributing to the education of Behavioral Health Aides & Practitioners in Alaska through course development and instruction. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and dog, is an avid runner, and dabbles in writing fiction.
