Applying for Certification

The next Community Health Aide Program Certification Board meeting is scheduled for October 10-11, 2024. Complete applications received by September 30, 2024 will be reviewed for final determination on October 10, 2024. Due to Certification Board meeting activities, requests for Temporary Certification will not be processed from September 30, 2024 through October 25, 2024.
