The “Community Health Aide Program Certification Board Standards and Procedures” (CHAPCB S&Ps) serve as the guiding program and certification document.

The CHAPCB S&Ps describes the authority and scope, definitions and findings, the requirements for applying for initial and renewal of certification, minimum training, curriculum, supervision and scope of practice, and continuing education requirements, the discipline, suspension and appeals process, certification of training centers, Board procedures and CHAPCB S&P amendment history.
