A Continuing Education opportunity not sponsored by one of the preapproved organizations must be individually approved by the CHAPCB. See CHAPCB Standards and Procedures, as amended, Chapter 3. Continuing Education.
Submit requests for approval to CHAPCB by completing the form listed below and emailing it to: chapcb@anthc.org.
Requests for CE Approval are reviewed on the first Tuesday of each month.
