The next Certification Board meeting is scheduled for January 14-15, 2025.

CHAPCB S&Ps were amended on October 11, 2024. See the Standards and Procedures tab to access the current version.

You may submit applications at any time by email to: chapcb@anthc.org

Complete applications received by January 6, 2025 will be reviewed for final determination on January 14, 2025.

Requests for Temporary Certification will not be processed from December 30, 2024 through January 31, 2025 due to Certification Board meeting activities.
